APEC’s technical field staff are equipped with the knowledge and experience to offer testing and sampling services for the full range of construction materials, providing confidence to our clients that the materials and techniques utilized meet the project design standards.

APEC’s testing and inspection professionals have backgrounds in geology, engineering, or construction. Furthermore, they maintain current American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician-Grade I certifications, and the laboratory technicians maintain ACI Concrete Strength Testing-Grade I certifications. The Special Inspectors are managed by a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of Special Inspections experience.

APEC’s soils and materials testing laboratory is managed by a professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the materials testing field. Our laboratory is INDOT prequalified with AASHTO certification and we can provide the following tests in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards:
