Greg Heuer, CHMM

PRINCIPAL AND FOUNDING PARTNER

Greg is a Principal and Co-founder of APEC and is responsible for the focus and strategic direction of the company. Greg is passionate about providing high-quality consulting services that are integral to our clients’ success. He also has extensive experience in working with clients, legal counsel, and insurance providers with inspections and cleanup regarding sites eligible for insurance recovery due to contamination.


Greg has over 24 years of diverse experience in environmental consulting including hundreds of environmental investigations and remediations throughout the United States at manufacturing facilities, fueling stations, dry cleaning operations, new developments, redevelopments, Brownfield redevelopments, community shopping centers, and free-standing retail and mixed-use developments. He has a Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Environmental Science degree from Bradley University. Greg is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).

Rob George, LPG

PRINCIPAL AND FOUNDING PARTNER

Rob is a Principal and Co-founder of APEC and is responsible for business development, corporate operations, and assisting the senior managers with the technical operations of the company. He provides support with preparing cost estimates and proposals, and meets with clients to make sure their projects are successful.


Rob has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting and geophysics on five continents. His technical capabilities include various types of geological and hydrogeological investigations, soil gas vapor surveys, geophysical surveys, and oversight of other environmental investigations for NEPA documentation. Rob earned a degree in Geology from the University of North Carolina and is a licensed professional geologist in Indiana, Arkansas, Kentucky and North Carolina.

Scott Randall, LPG

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Scott is a Senior Project Manager and manages the Environmental Services Group, which provides turnkey environmental consulting and contracting services. His specialties include soil and groundwater investigations, soil and groundwater remediations, groundwater monitoring, UST system removals and closures, PFAS sampling, and asbestos surveys and mitigations.


Scott has over 32 years of experience which includes environmental assessments and remediation projects for federal, industrial, private, municipal and legal clients. He has worked within the CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, LUST, state cleanup, brownfields and voluntary remediation programs. He has a degree in Geology from Southeast Missouri State University and has completed coursework for a Masters Degree in Hydrogeology at the University of Kentucky. Scott is a Licensed Professional Geologist in Indiana.

Adam Collins, PE

SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

Adam is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and manages the Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Service Groups. His duties include meeting with clients, contractors, or regulatory officials to provide expert opinion regarding bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, fluid seepage or transfer, lateral earth pressures, and seismic issues.


Adam has over 23 years of experience and has worked on projects in each of the continental 48 states. His engineering work experience includes environmental, geotechnical, and materials testing projects. Adam has a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and holds Professional Engineer Licenses in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, and Pennsylvania.

Matt Hadley

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Matt is the Senior Director of Business Development and is responsible for developing relationships in the community by sharing the APEC story, building go-to market strategies, and leading the business development team. He also partners with the firm’s other senior managers to collaborate with commercial developers, brokers, commercial lenders and banks, architects, project managers, engineering firms, general contractors, and anyone else involved in commercial development, to deliver environmental due diligence services, geotechnical consulting services, construction material testing services, and other environmental services.



Matt has over 23 years of experience building client relationships in the community. He believes that relationships are the most valuable asset we have and you might find him out in the community making an impact by connecting people through stories. His favorite quote being that of Maya Angelou: "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."


Beyond his role at AP Engineering and Consulting, Matt serves on the Cumberland Far East Indy Development Corporation Board, Chair for the Columbian Business Network Committee within the Columbia Club, and a host of Circle City Success Podcast. He was a participant in Leadership United 2022 Spring Class, Columbian Community Impact Class V, and is also a Legacy member of Synergize. Matt's community outreach and mission is to improve human welfare and build lasting relationships in the community to create a positive influence


Cameron Abbott, CHMM

PROJECT MANAGER

Cam is a Project Manager for a wide variety of environmental projects including soil and groundwater investigations and remediations, asbestos assessments and demolitions, Phase 1 environmental assessments, and hazardous waste management. He also oversees and provides direction to the APEC field staff.


Cam has over 6 years of experience and has a degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences from Purdue University. He is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
