Subsurface explorations are very important whenever there are new developments over property. We also recommend regular checks & explorations over properties and commercial buildings to ensure that your property passes all safety checks and that there are no new developments.

These types of investigations are the core of our geotechnical services, but they’re just a portion of the data and insights the subsurface explorations provide. We pay particular attention to identifying potential difficulties during construction and offer alternatives, practical solutions, and help implement them. We have experience working with large developments, banks, government buildings, hospitals, and buildings of all types.

A typical subsurface exploration will consist of soil borings, laboratory testing and a written report. We explore the soil, groundwater and rock conditions to provide recommendations for the design of the site and proposed structures.
